Our brandy is aged for 20 months in toasted French oak barrels and then finished for 4 months in our wine barrels to create a unique and captivating spirit.

Monkey Face Barrel Finished Gin
Made from locally grown almonds, lavender, mandarins, rosemary, and juniper then distilled in a solid copper pot still. To finish this gin to perfection we then put it into one of our Monkey Face Bourbon barrels.

Monkey Face Staight Rye Whiskey
First distilled in a solid copper French Cognac still. It was then naturally barrel aged in new charred American Oak barrels for two years, followed by Butte County Cabernet Sauvignon French Oak Barrels.

GROVE Brandy
To make this original craft brandy we started with premium wine and distilled it in our solid copper pot still. We then infused it with fresh local grown whole mandarins. This brandy is slightly sweet with notes of fresh citrus. Try it in a mandarin margarita or as an added kick to Sangria.

Made by distilling premium wine in our solid copper pot still this craft brandy is infused with coffee beans locally roasted by Cal Java. This craft brandy is great in a Brandy Alexander or added as a shot to your Affogato in our restaurant.
