Belize beans (floral notes) were soaked in Gin.
Ecuador beans (brownie notes) in Bourbon.
Colombia beans (caramel notes) in Vodka.
Madagascar beans (raspberry notes) in Grove Brandy.
The chocolate was then aged for an additional 3 motnhs. The resulting 80% dark chocolates are rich, smooth & unforgettable. We only created 50 sets.
