Choice of Baja Vaca Bratwurst or Linguiça paired with Pacific Culture’s Apple Beet and Sea Salt Kraut.

 

GRILLED CHICKEN TENDERLOINS

Tenderly grilled chicken tenderloin on a bed of arugula and served with house-made dipping sauce.

SLIDERS (Regular, Bacon & Blue Cheese or Cowboy Style)

Three seasoned Baja Vaca grilled beef patties, sharp cheddar cheese and caramelized red onions, on lightly toasted sweet rolls. Gluten-free 'Protein Style' lettuce wrap available upon request.

MEATBALLS

Traditional Italian meatballs using Baja Vaca beef, topped with house marinara sauce, shaved parmesan and fresh basil chiffonade. Served with garlic bread.

 

Salads

UNCLE BERT’S CAESAR SALAD

Chopped romaine, freshly shaved parmesan, and Uncle Bert's house-made Caesar dressing topped with freshly made croutons. Served with garlic bread.

 

ARUGULA SALAD

Arugula, Uncle Nick's red walnuts, caramelized red onions, baby Italian olives and cherry tomatoes, dressed with house-made Green Goddess dressing. Served with garlic bread.

WEDGE SALAD

Crisp iceberg lettuce, bacon, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese dressing, local beets pickled in-house, blue cheese crumbles and drizzled with a balsamic glaze.

ALMENDRA HOUSE SALAD
