PINOT GRIGIO
Our Pinot Grigio is delightfully crisp with hints of green apple, citrus, and refreshing grapefruit accents. Light and flavorful, this traditional Italian white wine balances a dry and fruity finish.
ROSÉ
A Rosé wine is made from a red grape that is produced in the white wine style of pressing before fermentation. Each year, Berton and Connor make a new Rosé with a different variety of grape and distinctive style. Call our tasting room for our current variety and tasting notes.
SWEET
LATE HARVEST CHARDONNAY
Left to raisin on the vine until late December, the high levels of residual sugars in this wine make for the perfect glass of dessert.
VINO DULCE - Sold Out
This sweet dessert wine was made from late harvest Zinfandel grapes that were allowed to hang on the vines until they achieved peak sweetness and ripe flavors. These characteristics combine to give you a rich, jammy sensation that is great by itself or as an after-dinner treat.
REDS
SANGIOVESE
This Chianti-style red is smooth, supple, and easy to drink. It is garnet hued in color with hints of cherry and vanilla on the nose. A great red wine for white wine drinkers!
BARBERA
The exotic spiced aromas of our Barbera fills the air with deep layers of black cherry, roasted almonds, pepper, and thick juicy tannins. Incredible when paired with red meats.
VINO ROJO
Vino Rojo is a special blend created by Berton and Connor that changes regularly. Call our tasting room for the current blend and tasting notes.
PETITE SIRAH
A robust wine with a deep purple hue. Beautiful notes of blackberry and cherry with floral tones of lavender. Bold and fruity on the nose and palate, this is a great table wine for any occasion.
